Go Zone’s choices of party packages allow you to build your own party – right here in the Wairarapa.
We understand that there is no one-size-fits-all… With that in mind, we have all bases covered. We are happy to organise everything for you, or there is flexibility for you to personalise your child’s party as you wish. This way you just pay for what you require!

Party Core Offering
Our base rate for both weekend/holidays & weekdays includes all of the following:
Party Marquee Space
Use of one of our party marquees for 1 1/2 hours. The final 30 mins of the 2 hour booking is used for our team to clean up for you. Decorations in the party space include balloons, bunting, LED balloon centrepieces and a Happy Birthday Banner. Our party spaces have a long table setting for party guests plus two smaller tables ideal for presents and food.
General Admission Included
General Admission for all party guests into Go Zone: access to playgrounds and trampoline area. Unlimited stay and play for the day. Please include the birthday child in the number of guests booked. Please note adults do not need to be included in the number of guests. Neither do siblings of party guests if they won’t be attending the party itself; we can charge them our normal general admission fee upon arrival.

Birthday Gift
A small gift provided for the birthday child.
Birthday Party Add-ons!
When booking your party and checking out you will also have the ability to build your own Go Zone Party Package with optional extras for an additional cost including:

Please note:
If you don’t want us to organise the party food using the options above, you are more than welcome to bring your own pre-prepared party spread but please note there are no facilities for food preparation onsite.
If you are bringing your own decorations (please keep these within reason) or party food we recommend using the first half hour of your slot for you to set things up. Then have your party time starting 1/2 hour into your slot, you’ll have an hour for sitting to eat and celebrate, followed by unlimited stay and play for all guests. We will still do the pack up and tidy in the last 1/2 an hour.

Other Important Information
- We require a $100 deposit (this is non-refundable) to secure your party at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival on the day. When you are using the online booking system, it will show the total cost of your party in the subtotal and the deposit may say more than the $100 if you select any add ons. Don’t panic, you will still only be required to pay the $100 when checking out.
- We will contact you two days prior to your party to confirm numbers. This is what will be charged on the day. Please note changes to numbers cannot be altered after this. We will also confirm any addons that you have requested. If you want to change or alter what you originally booked, you can do this when we get in touch.
- Please communicate clearly with your guests the party start time and the requirement of grip socks. They can bring their own or come a bit earlier so they can purchase their own before the party.
- If you want to book a party and you are unsure of your numbers, that is not a problem, just choose the minimum (8 kids) or have your best guest. Numbers won’t actually need to be confirmed until 2 days prior to the party and can be changed/updated then. The maximum kids per party is 14. If you are wanting more than this, please get in touch, we may be able to arrange both party spaces to be booked out to you at the same time. There would be a minimum requirement of 20 party guests and maximum of 28 for this.

Our play zones target the interest of kids within the ages 0-12 yrs but adults are welcome to join in the fun too.

Please, if your child is toilet training, ensure they are wearing a nappy while playing on all the playgrounds and tramps.
