Go Zone’s choices of party packages allow you to build your own party – right here in the Wairarapa.
We understand that there is no one-size-fits-all… With that in mind, we have all bases covered. We are happy to organise everything for you, or there is flexibility for you to personalise your child’s party as you wish. This way you just pay for what you require!

Party Core Offering
(Please note: The below is not applicable to the open self service party table).
Our base rate for both weekend/holidays & weekdays includes all of the following:
- Use of one of our party marquees for 2 hours. Our Decorated Party Space Includes: table & chairs, bench seats along the walls of the party space, decorations: balloons around the marquee and LED balloon centrepieces, LED happy birthday name sign, a present/cake table, 2x food tables and shoe cubbies for guests’ belongings.
- If you are bringing your own decorations (please keep these within reason). They need to be pre-prepared where possible and quick to put up and take down again.
- Full Admission for all party guests into Go Zone.
- Donut Slide Pass: 10x Turns for each guest on our donut slide.
- Go Zone downloadable Party Invites: These are available to download below.
- A small gift for the birthday child.
- Staff to Clean-Up the party space following your 2 hour booked time.
The base price per person includes all of the above.
After you have booked your party we will send you a form to fill out (this will be in your email confirmation) and is where you will have the ability to build your own Go Zone Party Package with optional extras.

Please note:
If you don’t want us to organise the party food using the options above, you are more than welcome to bring your own pre-prepared party spread but please note there are no facilities for food preparation onsite. Please do not bring in an excess of food. Simple is best!

OPEN SELF SERVICE PARTY TABLE
Our self service party package is our super budget friendly option for a party or if you miss out on booking our marquee. It is also great for last minute changes to your other party plans if the weather isn’t playing ball!
What you get:
- Reserved party table including LED balloon stands with balloons. Seating up to 14 kids.
- A small cake/present table.
- Admission for party guests into Go Zone for 2 hours.
- Donut Slide Pass for all guests.
- Go Zone Downloadable Party Invites. Download, personalise and print off..
What you need to know:
- You are welcome to bring a small party food spread and cake… please don’t bring an excess of food. Note that food will need to be spread out on the table for your guests; there are no separate food tables.
- You will need to provide your own tableware (party plates/cups/napkins etc) if you are wanting these or we do have these available as an add on.
- Table decorations or a balloon tower with a number are not a problem but please do not bring any other decorations.
- We will be in touch prior to the party to get a list of guest names. Please note there is a minimum number of 4 kids and a maximum of 14 for this option.
- Your set up time and clean up time is within the allocated 2 hours. We will require you to remove any rubbish etc… and have a general clean up/pack up before the end of your 2 hour slot, we are able to provide rubbish bags for you if needed and can dispose of your rubbish on site for you. We will wipe down the tables for you once cleared.
- Bookings are essential. An $40 deposit is required at time of booking. Please note if you selected any of our add ons full payment of these is required at the time of booking on top of your deposit.
- Please let your guests know that they will require grip socks if using or entering the play spaces at Go Zone. They can purchase them for $4 a pair when they check in or ring their own.
- Adult numbers: You are not required to book adults attending the party but please no more than 1 adult per child in total.
- Unfortunately not all our party add ons are not available for this party package option.
Other Important Information
- Bookings are essential.
- We require a $100 deposit (this is non-refundable) when booking. Remaining balance will be paid on the day.
- Your numbers may change and this is not a problem at all. We will email you in the week of to get names of guests and your final numbers. You will be welcome to alter numbers right up until the night prior. It is not a problem at all if you do not know your number of guests at the time of booking, select the minimum and this can changed closer to the time of the party.
- Please communicate clearly with your guests the party start time and the requirement of grip socks. They can bring their own or purchase some before the party.
- Adults (maximum 1 adult per party guest please) and under 1’s do not need to be counted as party guests. The birthday child does need to be included in the number along with the kids invited to the party. If on the day parents/caregivers bring siblings along who aren’t invited to the actual party itself they can pay for general admission upon arrival or book this themselves in advance. Likewise if they wish to join in themselves, we can charge them on the day or they can book in advance.
- If you require more than 14 party guests or have a lot of adults you want to attend the party, please consider our private hire booking option. We are unable to accommodate parties with very large numbers during opening hours OR if you are happy for more of a grazing (come and go) type situation with the food or having some kids sitting on the bench seats around the walls of the party space we can accommodate more, just let us know the number you’re wanting after booking.
- Our play zones target the interest of kids within the ages 0-12 yrs but adults are welcome to join in the fun too.
- Go Zone is a smoke free and vape free zone.
- Please, if your child is toilet training, ensure they are wearing a nappy while playing on all the playgrounds and tramps.
